I grew up in a small East Texas town, in a family full of traditions. As a little girl I always loved helping people and learned that anything can be accomplished with hard work. As a Realtor I apply these same ideals to my profession of helping you buy and/or sell Real Estate.
At a young age I helped start the New Leash on Life animal society, helping to find abused and neglected animals a new home. I managed my first business at age 18 running a Vitamin store and Coffee shop. While managing these two businesses I received my Associates of Science degree from Navarro College. I moved to Fort Worth to complete my degree and attended Texas Christian University.
In 2006 I began a career in the Oil and Gas Sector working for Fortune 500 companies like Chesapeake Energy, Access Midstream, and Williams Companies. With hard work and an impeccable attention to detail I quickly worked my way up to managing multiple departments; Due Diligence, Records, and Property Rights dealing with divestitures, acquisitions and managing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of the pipeline assets. When the natural gas market faltered I transitioned in to Real Estate, using my years of experience in dealing with thousands of land deals and easements, it was a perfect fit for me.
I first started my career in Real Estate on a team, and during my first 9 months of Real Estate I closed over $5,000,000.00 worth of sales. I am hard working and determined to find a way to help you locate the property you are looking for. I try to set myself apart by being proactive instead of reactive, doing what I say I am going to do, when I say I’m going to do it. Customer service and making your Real Estate transaction as easy and enjoyable as possible is my goal.
I am married and proud to proclaim myself as a “boy mom” to two handsome and wildly energetic boys. We also have two Labradors, Willie and Tank.

I’ve spent most of my life outdoors. Whether it was organized sports or walking the land looking for elusive game, my passion has always been about the land and all it encompasses. After years working the automotive, aviation, IT and oil and gas industries in management and ownership of several businesses, I decided that I wanted to help others find their place in Texas. Whether it is a home or vast acreage, we all deserve to have somewhere to call our own.
I grew up in west Texas around Abilene. I’ve hunted the Sonoran Desert, the Callahan Divide, the Great Plains to the north, Texas Hill Country, the borderlands along the Rio Grande, the East Texas Pines and everywhere in between.
Whether we were calling varmint, scouting Whitetail deer, trying our best to limit out on high speed White Winged Dove or imitate the gobble of a Rio Grande Turkey I have always been amazed at the incredible diversity that our great state offers.
I’m blessed beyond words to have a wife, Kristi, who is my partner in Republic of Texas Land & Home and who has given me two perfect boys who all enjoy the outdoors as much as I do. Along with Tank, our Yellow Lab, we get out as often as we can to play, hunt, camp and fish or just hike and watch the sun set.
Whether you are looking for that perfect Recreational property, a Farm or Ranch to make your living or a home to call your own, give us a call so we can sit down and talk about it then go and find your very own place in Texas!
I am very excited to be a part of Republic of Texas Land & Home as a Purveyor of Texas, Realtor!
I was born and raised around the Abilene area and graduated from Jim Ned High School in Tuscola Texas where I grew up on the family farm. I attended Tarleton State University.
I have spent the last 9 years as a Licensed Right of Way Agent working for various Fortune 500 companies Specializing in land acquisition and construction supervision.
My passion for land and conservation began as I grew up hunting in and around central and west Texas. This love for hunting and the outdoors soon led me to seek out organizations that would further enhance and or educate me in my pursuit of becoming more connected with the Flora and Fauna of our state.
I became a Certified Texas Master Naturalist in 2007 and have served as President of the Big Country Chapter, Master Naturalists. I am a past President and steering committee member of the Rolling Plains Bobwhite Brigade youth leadership camp. I have enjoyed teaching and volunteering as a Texas Parks and Wildlife Hunter Education Instructor. I also maintain NRA certificates as a Firearms and Range Safety Instructor.
I have served as the Region 3 Chairperson for the Texas Wildlife Association and remain connected to these organizations in one role or another. I have had extensive training in Wildlife Management and Plant Identification.
We recently used the owners of Republic of Texas Land, Brad & Kristi Galbraith, to find our own small acreage Ranch and relocated to the Callahan County area and am looking forward to returning the favor to all of my future clients looking for their place in Texas!
I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and skills with you to help you find or market the perfect piece of land. I will work with you to find a property that will meet or exceed your specific needs, no matter if you are looking for a working farm or ranch, a recreational or hunting property, or a house in town. In turn this knowledge and Republic of Texas Land & Home marketing tools and experience allows me to market your existing property to a world wide audience.
Texan Born and Texas Raised
I spent my childhood years on my Mamaw and Papaw’s farm in Santo, Texas. My Dad grew up in Stamford, TX and my Mom grew up in Breckenridge/Caddo, TX so as you can see, we are Texan.
My Dad spent 22 years in the Military so during most of his career and until he retired, we stayed on the farm. As a kid on the farm, I spent most of my time outdoors chasing lightning bugs, bird hunting, fishing, and/or scavenger hunts for snakes.
All of our food came from the farm so I learned to help with the garden, gather eggs from the chickens, can food and learn value of hard work. Church was on Sunday and was time to visit with Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. I was taught many valuable lessons as a child which helped shape who I am today.
My working career has been in the oil & gas industry, either in manufacturing of products to support oil & gas or as a liaison between the gas company and land owner. As a liaison, I learned the aspects of land title history, plats, easements, encumbrances, and oil/gas leases.
Always looking to expand my knowledge, Real Estate was the natural progression to utilize the knowledge acquired from years in the oil/gas industry.
In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, shooting skeet and of course my 2 Grandkids. My desire is to help families find that special place where a lifetime of memories can be made. Nothing better than growing up in the country!
I am based in Parker County but cover Palo Pinto, Tarrant, Hood and most of North Texas.
